Annual Exhibition
Feb 13th, 2008 by Keith Chaloner
52nd EXHIBITION
The Exhibition at the Corn Exchange in Blandford will be on Saturday 24th and Sunday 25th May from 9.30 a.m. to 5.00 p.m.
The judge this year is John Tilsley ARPS DPAGB
Entries are invited from all Club members but limited to 2 images per entrant in each category i.e. 2 each of Colour, Monochrome and sets of 3 Transparencies with 2 sets of 3 for the Founders Cup. Club entries are being limited partly because we expect more of you entering this year and partly to show more ‘Open’ entries.
Entry forms will be available from Alf Tompkins in February and your entries are to be handed in at the club house on Tuesday 11th March. We guarantee to show ALL Club entries so that the world can see what our Blandford Club can do.
All Open entrants, your work must be delivered to Fred Denham by Tuesday 25th March 2008. Full details appear in our Rules below which you can copy and from which cut out the application slips. The Club location is shown on the map accessed via the link at the bottom of the web site ‘Join Now’ page.
In case of difficulty or query, please ring Norman Carey on 01258 480824. Exhibition of Open entries is limited by the space we have available but we have taken steps to ensure the space is reasonable as you will note from the second paragraph.
Judging will take place on 5th April and all successful entrants will be advised personally soon after that with a copy of the new Programme – give me time to get it done!
I look forward to seeing you all at the Exhibition.
