Fred Denham Cup 2018

Each season, the Fred Denham Cup is awarded to the entrant who has shown the highest level of improvement during that season. This is the first season that this cup has been awarded.

Just to remind you that this award is given on a challenge basis at the end of each season for improvement during that season in Points Cup results, more details of how this is calculated are in the Constitution and Rules

The total marks for the highest six entries during the season on each entrant’s results is already used to determine the points Cup winner. The previous season’s total will be used as the BASE for the current season’s calculations and the individual’s total of six marks for the current season compared with it.

The first winner of the Fred Denham  cup is Pat Catley who has shown the best improvement over the last Season with a six-mark total of 57.5 against 54 in the 2016/7 Season – a good 6.5% against runners-up Howard (4.9%) and Rachel (3.4%).

Very well done, Pat.

I have been interested in photography for a number of years, I dabbled a little in processing my own B&W images and slides in the 70′s but work and life took over. I then took it up again with the advent of digital images and I had a number of cameras in that time as the technology improved and now I have a Canon 7D with a selection of kit.
